Standard Dog Boarding
Our standard dog boarding provides a cozy, clean, and safe environment for overnight stays. At both Greenbrier and Bayside, your pup will enjoy a private space to sleep, personalized attention, and regular potty breaks. Better yet, dogs approved for group play will participate in daycare at no additional cost at Greenbrier. At Bayside, dogs can enjoy group play (temperament test required) or individual play sessions for an additional fee.
Our rooms are climate-controlled and sized according to breed and need, with comfortable bedding and fresh water provided. We welcome multi-dog families and offer rooms large enough for shared stays.

Looking to spoil your dog a bit during their boarding stay? Our luxury staterooms are designed for pups who enjoy a little extra pampering—or for those who benefit from a quieter, more private space. Available at both Ruff House locations, these upgraded rooms offer more space, soft lighting, relaxing music, and elevated comfort features.
Each stateroom stay includes extra perks like a daily play session, a room service selection, and a basic bath before departure. Our trained staff also provide special touches like private potty breaks and a goodnight “tuck-in” treat.

Cat Boarding
Cats prefer a peaceful, private environment, so that’s exactly what we provide in our feline boarding areas. Located in quiet, dog-free zones at both Greenbrier and Bayside, our catteries offer plenty of natural light, calming music, and cozy amenities.
Cat owners can choose between standard kitty condos or larger multi-level townhouses. Each space includes comfortable bedding for our feline friends, a pine pellet litter box, and enrichment features like climbing trees, window perches, and Feliway® diffusers to help ease stress.

Exotic Pet Boarding
We’re proud to offer safe and attentive care for a variety of exotic small mammals. Both Ruff House locations welcome rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, hamsters, rats, and other small domestic mammals. Our team understands the unique needs of these species and works with you to provide a comfortable and stress-free stay.
We recommend bringing your pet’s regular enclosure, food, and care instructions to help maintain their routine. Space is limited and reservations are required.
